All the papers go through the double review process – there are two reviews of the papers written by separate peer reviewers. The reviews are prepared in two steps which means that we go to the second review only if the first is positive. Since EEC 23/2017 issue it takes 8 to 12 weeks since the deadine for the authors (31 October). In case of Polish authors there is posssible to submit the paper in native language (translated paper will be required before external review)
